What's the Difference between our Deep Conditioner & Moisturizing Deep

What's the Difference between our Deep Conditioner & Moisturizing Deep

The main reason products do not work is because it is not for your texture. Throughout the years our CEO Tasha has always tried looking for a natural conditioner. A deep conditioner that would have a combination of solutions. The problem is many brands only create products for one hair type. You cannot use the same product on everyone. Our CEO decided she wanted to change the game. She wanted to come out with a line that would cater to everyone. She first come out with our Deep Conditioner for all hair types.

Tasha is big on feedback and how to make her customers happy. She then decided to come out with her Moisturizing Deep Conditioner, for Kinky to Kinky Curly hair. We will be breaking down the 2, ingredients, benefits and textures. It is important to know your hair texture and needs when picking out a hair product. Tasha wanted to create a deep conditioner that would combat many issues. Creating products and educating herself has always been a passion for her. She made her ideas come to life: Creating an all in one deep conditioner for growth, color treated, detangling, moisturizing, hydrating, chemically damaged, softness and aided in dandruff.

Deep Conditioner:

Our Deep Conditioner was made for all hair types. This deep conditioner has BTMS behentrimonium methosulfate. BTMS-25 is a vegetable derived emulsifier and conditioning agent which is used in hair conditioners and hair leave-in-products for its excellent wet combing, and detangling properties. The 25 is for the amount of BMTS it has which is 25%, this is mixed with cetearyl alcohol. Cetearyl is a good alcohol great for dry hair. BTMS-25 is found in all conditioners is it the more common one.

The ingredients in our deep conditioner are very light. You have to know the right formulations and measurements. For example, the oils we use are just a touch for the benefits and to give proper results. This DC was formulated for those who need a good treatment. This conditioner will not leave your hair oily or heavy. This BTMS is best for oily hair. You can use it if you have oily hair, and it is just the right amount for dry hair. This DC is a good addition to add to your regimen. The hair types for this is straight, wavy and curly. Having fine, medium or thick hair strands, may also determine on how much you need. We have found in some cases this DC has worked for coarse to kinky hair.

Moisturizing Deep Conditioner:

Our Moisturizing Deep Conditioner was made for our coarse to kinky customers. Tasha took 2 years to study and develop the formulation. For this specific product we chose to go with BTMS-50, this ingredient has everything needed for this product. BTMS-50 stands for behentrimonium methosulphate, cetyl alcohol and butylene glycol, it has 50% conditioning agents. Cetyl is a good alcohol and butylene glycol is a humectant. This BTMS-50 is an excellent option for dry to extremely dry tresses. This ingredient is rarely used, and it could be due to it being more expensive. Coarse to kinky tresses need a lot more TLC than any other texture. When you go natural (a term used when you don't use relaxers or chemical processes on your tresses), it is expensive, many purchase a lot of products to make sure their curls are intact.

The problem is that brands were not formulating products for this texture. We wanted a game charger and wanted all of our customers to love their tresses. Our naturalists are also looking for that slip, which our MDC gives. Tasha was careful in selecting the ingredients for this line. One of the key ingredients Tasha is crazy about is Pistachio oil. It is a main ingredient in all of our products, and our company is named after it. She wanted to go on a different route and use Pistachio Butter instead. Water, butters and oils needed to be added in large quantities. The purpose of this product is to moisturize, hydrate, detangles and give a good slip honey. Yes, you heard right! This MDC is the bomb.com LOL. Tasha also found that it needed to be a very thick consistency. These textures need more product to be able to penetrate through the hair strands.

Key Note: In order to have the prefect product you need to have quality ingredients, the perfect formulation, but most important is the consistency. You can have all the right ingredients, but if the consistency is not right your product will fail.

In Tasha's studies, she found that fine and medium hair did amazing with a thinner consistency. The hair absorbed faster, when rinsed out it left it bouncy, shiny and manageable. A thicker consistency is better for course to kinky hair. The Thicker consistency did wonders, product absorbed, moisturized, detangled and hair was more manageable. Some of our clients, would have to double up on the Deep Conditioner (all hair types) in order for it to penetrate. We received lots of feedback and worked diligently, in order to create a great product. Instead of you purchasing a bunch of products we wanted ours to be an all in one. At times some may need more treatments than others. We have so many products in our line for various reasons. Now you know what is the difference id both deep conditioners. Honey, we have options don't forget to check out our leave-in treatments.
