At the heart of our brand is Tasha, our Founder and CEO, a passionate, self-taught maker who handcrafts over 100 all-natural products.

With more than a decade of experience in holistic care and natural formulations, Tasha has developed a diverse line of products including hair care, skincare, body care, candles and more.

As a dedicated one-woman operation, she personally formulates, produces, packages, and ships every product. Her authenticity, attention to detail, and commitment to natural wellness have earned her a loyal global community, with customers in over 15 countries worldwide.

Since launching her skincare line, Tasha’s handmade soaps have quickly become customer favorites, loved for their quality ingredients, gentle formulations and the care poured into every bar.

At Pistachio Hair & Body Wonders, everything is rooted in passion, purpose and plants. It is powered by one woman’s mission to bring natural wellness to people everywhere.


Order Confirmation & Processing Time

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and receipt.

If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within the next two business days.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to track their package using the information provided in the shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Labels

To improve workflow efficiency, shipping labels may sometimes be created before an order is fully processed.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we often prepare orders in batches to ensure accuracy and quality.

This means:

• A shipping label may be printed several days before the package is handed to the carrier
• Tracking numbers will activate once the carrier picks up the package

Once your order has been processed, it will be marked as Shipped, and tracking updates typically begin within 1–4 business days after carrier pickup.


Shipping Policy

When an order is marked “Shipped,” it means the order has been packed, labeled, and prepared for carrier pickup.

Carrier pickup times may vary depending on:

• Postal schedules
• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Holiday volume

Orders prepared late in the day or during weekends may not be picked up until the next business day.

Tracking information may not appear immediately. Many carriers require up to two business days to update tracking information in their systems.


Shipping Times & Transit

Estimated shipping transit times typically range from 1 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be longer due to increased carrier volume.

We proudly ship worldwide, and international delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery services.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Package weight
• Package dimensions

These rates are set by the shipping carriers, not by Pistachio Hair Wonders.


Shipping Method Disclaimer

Selecting a shipping method at checkout refers only to the carrier's estimated transit time after shipment.

It does not shorten or eliminate the order processing time, which may take up to 14 business days.


Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed unless we are contacted before the order ships.

Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Tracking & Delivery Delays

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Postal backlogs
• Customs processing
• Carrier disruptions

Returned Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to Pistachio Hair Wonders, LLC due to:

• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempt

The customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost of reshipping the package.

If the customer chooses not to pay the reshipping fee, a partial refund may be issued excluding the original shipping cost.


Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must submit a claim within 2 business days of delivery.

Please include the following:

• Clear photos of the damaged items
• A photo of the shipping label with the barcode visible
• A brief explanation of the issue

Once received, we will review the claim and respond as soon as possible.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Pistachio Hair Wonders, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.


International Shipping

International orders typically take 5–20 business days or longer depending on destination and customs clearance.

Once a package leaves the United States, tracking updates may become limited while the shipment passes through U.S. Customs and the destination country’s customs system.

These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, and for hygiene and safety reasons, products cannot be resold once they leave our facility.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can review and assist where possible.


Packaging & Heat Disclaimer

Minor cosmetic damage to packaging, such as cracked lids, does not affect product quality and does not qualify for refunds or replacements if the product itself remains intact.

Because our body butters and salves are made with natural oils and butters, melting may occur during transit, especially in warmer climates.

Melting or re-solidifying does not affect the safety, quality or effectiveness of the product.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if significant product leakage or loss occurs, and this must be documented with clear photos.
