Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.

Each item is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients to ensure quality, freshness and purity. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot resell or reuse any product once it has left our facility.

If you have any concerns about your order or experience an issue with a product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@pistachiohairwonders.com with your order number and a description of the concern. We are happy to help resolve any problems within reason.

Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging (including cracked lids) does not affect product quality and does not qualify for replacement or refund if the product remains intact. 

Due to the natural formulation of our body butters and salves, melting may occur during transit. This does not affect the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the product. Melted or re-solidified products are still safe to use and do not qualify for a replacement or refund. Replacements or refunds will only be considered in cases of significant product leakage or loss, which must be clearly visible and documented in photos. Minor cosmetic changes, softened texture, or packaging issues do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
