Sea moss, scientifically known as Chondrus crispus, is a type of algae or seaweed. It grows in waters along the rocky Atlantic coasts, primarily between North America and Europe. Sea moss has 92 premuim minerals out of the 102 that our body needs.

To prepare a sea moss gel, simply soak raw sea moss in water for at least 12 hours, make sure the sea moss is completely covered, then rinse and blend it with new water until smooth.
