I suffer from HS and love the HS soap. I truly feel it keeps my HS at bay. I love the HS soap so much I had to take advantage when the HS slab was available. When I received the slab, it was broken into several pieces. I reached out to Tasha (the business owner) through IG dm and she replied back quickly, apologized, and rectified the issue. She told me she would send me a soap bag to put the broken pieces into and mentioned she would send more soap. I thought that was more than fair because I knew it wasn’t her fault I received my package/soap in that condition. I received the new package quickly and it included the soap bag like she mentioned and several slabs of soap. I was not expecting that! I would have been happy with just the soap bag. Tasha goes above and beyond and truly understands great customer service, which is rare now days. She takes pride and pours so much love into all her products and treats her customers like friends and family. I’m so glad I found Pistachio hair and body wonders. This is a small business I love to support and will continue to support! <3
